Delivery / Return Information

Dispatch Time
Items that are in stock will be sent out within 1 - 3 working days.
Made to order items will take 1 - 3 weeks to be made.
(Generally silver items - 1 - 2 weeks, gold plated silver items 2 - 3 weeks)

UK Delivery
For deliveries within the UK, you will have the option to choose between tracked 24 or tracked 48
tracked 24 will be a flat rate of £6, and tracked 48 is a flat rate of £5.
Royal Mail aim to deliver tracked 24 in 1-2 working days, and tracked 48 in 2-3 working days.

Europe and Worldwide Delivery
Items will be sent with Royal Mail, International Tracked & Signed service, or International Tracked /or/ Signed service depending what is available for your country. Items will be insured.
- Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs or duties when the order arrives in your destination country. 
Europe - flat rate of £12, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 - 5 working days.
Worldwide - flat rate of £15, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5 - 7 working days.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during busy times.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which can be track on Royal Mail's website here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
 
Returns

Made to order jewellery is custom made and therefore non-refundable.

It is noted in the description of each item whether it is made to order/custom made or ready to ship.
Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items are also non-refundable.

Ready made items may be returned within 14 working days.

Returned 'ready made' items that are not faulty will be refunded minus any shipping costs. The return postage will be the buyers burden unless the item arrives faulty/damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.


It is recommended to use a recorded delivery method, as in the unlikely case the parcel goes missing you will be covered, as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Cancellations
Any cancellation of a made to order / bespoke made order will incur a 50% non-refundable fee. - this is to help cover the time and materials I have already spent making your order. I hope you will understand.
